An initiative led by the Coordinator of the Settlers Community and Member of Parliament for Ahafo Ano North Constituency, Suleman Adamu Sanid, under the auspices of the Dr Bawumia Campaign team, has garnered significant support from the National Frafra Association.
Moses Abor, NPP Greater Accra Regional Youth Organizer, and Hon. Zak Rahman, Parliamentary Candidate for Ayawaso East Constituency, joined the initiative and engaged with the Frafra Community at Kawukudi and Katamanto on Sunday, June 2, 2024.
Mr Zak Rahman, a parliamentary hopeful in the Ayawaso East Constituency, accompanied Hon. Abor to the meeting, where they discussed the importance of supporting and voting for Mr Zak Rahman and Dr Bawumia in this year’s election.

Residents were promised improved livelihoods, including job opportunities, travel, and scholarships if they voted overwhelmingly for the two aspirants and declared “Operation 90% Vote for Zak and Bawumia.”
Mr. Zak Rahman also demonstrated his commitment to the community’s well-being by donating funds to support the local association.

The government’s plans aim to enhance the area’s infrastructure, thereby improving the lives of residents. The meeting marked a crucial step in fostering dialogue between the government and the community.

While political aspirations were highlighted, the primary focus remained on addressing residents’ concerns and finding solutions for the community’s well-being. The meeting concluded with a renewed sense of cooperation and understanding.
