The chairman of the Savannah Regional National Democratic Congress financial committee, Mr R.A Adamu has donated 20 new Apsonic Motorbikes to all 7 constituencies in the region.
The donation which took place in Damongo on Saturday, 20th April 2024 was received on behalf of the party by the NDC regional executives led by the regional vice chairman on behalf of chairman Alhaji Imoro Seidu from Mr R.A Adamu the financial committee chairman.
Alhaji RA Adamu in a speech said the victory of the NDC in the December polls is what every well-meaning Ghanaian is waiting for and he will make sure he supports the party in the region towards the agenda of securing the agenda 7/7 that the party has instituted to win all the seats in the region and also maximise the votes of HE John Dramani Mahama.
Alhaji Ibn Zak on behalf of the regional chairman and the leadership of the NDC in the Savannah Region thanked Mr. RA Adamu for the support and assured him that the region is much poised towards winning all the seats.
He mentioned further that the motorbikes came at the time the region needed them most since transportation has always been a problem for the party in the region and assured him that the motorbikes would be used for the intended purposes that they are donated for.
He appealed to the beneficiary executives on behalf of Chairman Man Blessing to always release the bikes to members who go to do the work of the party since that will also help in bringing the party to power.
Meanwhile, an additional Seven (7) motorbikes were added for distribution to the constituencies by the leader and flag bearer of the NDC, H.E John Dramani Mahama bringing the number of motorbikes to 27 with every constituency getting 4 of the donated bikes.
