Wife of the member of parliament for the Damongo constituency and founder of the Naada Jinapor Foundation, Mrs Naada Bilijo Jinapor has set aside Friday 12th April 2024 to embark on another free health care screening in the Kabampe farming community near Damongo in the Damongo constituency of the Savannah Region.
The Naada Jinapor Foundation has over the years organized similar health screening exercises in the Damongo constituency and parts of the Bono Region where the vulnerable especially women and children have benefitted from the kind philanthropical works of the nonprofit making organization.
According to the founder of the foundation, the crucial focus of the Naada Jinapor Foundation is a healthy, fit and productive population which in with the office of the Member of Parliament for Damongo Constituency, a targeted number of over 1,000 beneficiaries of all ages including women and children are estimated to benefit from the exercise including thorough full body screening, the dispensation of rich nutritional supplements and medical counselling over the peculiar health condition per woman or child.

She emphasized that it is important to realize that a disturbingly high number of children are suffering from poor diets and a food system that is failing them, according to UNICEF.

The exercise is expected to kickstart at 10 am until the last person is attended to. Communities around Kabampe including Kananto, Seyiri, Nasoyiri and other interior farming communities are expected to come for the health screening exercise which the foundation is taking up the full cost.
