The Member of Parliament for the Yapei-Kusawgu Constituency, Hon. John Abdulai Jinapor, has once again demonstrated his unwavering commitment to education by donating essential entertainment and learning materials to the Buipe Senior High School and Technical and the Buipe Senior High Schools in the Central Gonja District of the Savannah Region.
The former deputy energy minister and MP for the area made the donation during his visit to the school on the 15th of June 2024 where he provided the schools with sewing machines, welding machines, books, mathematical sets, and public address systems.
According to him, the donations are aimed at enhancing both the academic and vocational skills of the students, equipping them with the tools necessary for a well-rounded education.
In addition to these contributions, Hon. Jinapor reassured the Buipe Senior High School community that he is committed to addressing their pressing needs and pledged to provide water pumping machines, street lights, and dual desks to improve the learning environment and overall infrastructure of the school.
“Education is the cornerstone of our future, and it is our responsibility to ensure that our students have the resources they need to succeed,” said Hon. Jinapor. “I am dedicated to supporting our schools and empowering our youth with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive.”
The donation and future commitments from Hon. Jinapor are expected to significantly enhance the educational experience at Buipe SHS/Technical, fostering an environment conducive to both academic and vocational excellence.
