Ghanaian chef Failatu Abdul-Razak is on Day 3 of her attempt to set a Guinness World Record (GWR) for the longest cooking marathon.
So far, the Tamale-based Chef has accumulated close to 60 hours of cooking and still counting.
On the eve of the New Year in 2024, Failatu Abdul-Razak turned on the cooker to break the world record by cooking for 120 hours or more.
The current record of 119 hours and 57 minutes, was achieved by Alan Fisher from Ireland, who set the record in 2023.
The cook-a-thon is currently underway on the premises of Modern City Hotel in the Northern Region of Ghana.
