Mawuena Trebarh, the sister of the late Komla Dumor is due to be buried on June 29, 2024.
Mrs Trebarh, a former CEO of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC), passed away on Wednesday, April 10, after a period of illness, according to a statement from the family.
Her burial service, announced just yesterday, will be held at the Holy Spirit Cathedral in Adabraka, Accra. Attendees are requested to dress in black attire as a mark of respect for the occasion.
The family statement also indicated that the burial would be private.
“Burial will be private. Ahead of the funeral, friends and sympathizers are welcome to sign a book of condolences at the residence of Prof. Ernest Dumor, Mawuena’s father,” a family statement said.
Mawena is survived by her husband, Flt LT Divine Trebarh, their daughter Katherine Joy, her father Prof Dumor, and her brother Dr Korshie Dumor.
