According to a statement released by the aspirant, his decision to run was informed by overwhelming support from grassroots members of the party and extensive consultations with key stakeholders across the Savannah Region.

Mr Kantama highlighted his rich experience in political messaging, grassroots mobilisation, and strategic planning, which he believes make him a strong candidate for the role. He has served in various capacities within the party, including TESCON Communications Officer at the University of Education, Winneba, and GOTV Regional Coordinator for the 2024 elections.

The aspirant also emphasised his professional background as a graphic designer and his academic pursuits as an MPhil student in Project Management and Community Development. These, he believes, will provide a unique advantage in leading the communications team to success.

He pledged to implement a comprehensive training program for communicators and ensure a disciplined and coordinated communications front.

The aspirant called on all party faithful and friends to support his bid, emphasising that his project aims to build a formidable communications engine that will deliver victory for the NPP and prosperity for the people of the Savannah Region.
