The Ghana Meteorological Agency (GMet) has issued a weather update forecasting intermittent rainfall and thunderstorms across parts of the country today, Monday, June 30, 2025.
According to the latest update, “Currently, low clouds are dominating most areas along the coastline and slightly north of the coastline. These clouds will continue to produce intermittent slight rain or drizzle amidst breaks of sunshine during the afternoon hours.”

For inland and northern regions, GMet predicts “variably cloudy conditions with cases of thunderstorms or rain from this afternoon into the evening.”
The agency is urging the public to stay tuned to official weather alerts as atmospheric conditions continue to change across the country.
