Krachi East MP Hands Over New Borehole to Oti SHS, Bringing Relief to Students

The Member of Parliament for Krachi East, Nelson Kofi Djabab, has handed over a newly constructed borehole to Oti Senior High School (SHS) in a bid to improve access to clean water for the students.

The Headmaster of the school, Elias Kwao Sabi, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the MP for the gesture, promising that the school would ensure the students take good care of the facility.

“We are thrilled to receive this borehole, and we assure you that the students will be responsible for its maintenance,” Mr. Sabi said.

The new borehole is expected to alleviate the challenges students faced in accessing clean water, thereby enhancing their learning environment and overall well-being. Hon. Djabab’s initiative demonstrates his commitment to improving the lives of his constituents and supporting educational institutions in the area.

The MP’s gesture has brought joy to the students and staff of Oti SHS, who are now looking forward to enjoying uninterrupted access to clean water. The school community has pledged to make the most of this facility and ensure its longevity.

In a related development, Mr Djabab has taken his support for the school a step further by presenting a 43-inch television to the staff. This gesture aims to keep the staff updated with current developments, enhancing their professional growth and ability to provide quality education.
