Members of Parliament have resumed from their two-month recess for the Second Meeting of the First Session of the Ninth Parliament of the Fourth Republic.
This follows a summons issued by the Speaker of Parliament, Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, in accordance with Order 58 of the Standing Orders of Parliament, which mandates that Members of Parliament (MPs) be formally notified of upcoming sittings.
During this meeting, MPs are expected to engage in debates on key national issues, review legislation, and consider reports from various parliamentary committees.
