As part of efforts to commemorate Ghana’s 68th Independence Day celebration, the district directorate of the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) in the Central District of the Savannah Region organized a constitution quiz competition among four basic schools in the district capital, Buipe.
The event, held on March 5, 2025, at the Buipe D/A JHS, brought together students from Buipe D/A JHS, Buipe Girls Model JHS, Buipe Rock Foundation JHS, and Buipe Academy JHS to test their knowledge of the 1992 Constitution of Ghana.

After a keenly contested competition, Buipe Rock Foundation JHS emerged victorious, demonstrating a remarkable understanding of Ghana’s constitutional provisions and civic responsibilities.

The NCCE’s initiative aimed to promote constitutional awareness and civic education among young Ghanaians, empowering them to become informed and active citizens.
