The Member of Parliament for Ningo-Prampram, Samuel Nartey George has garnered overwhelming support from his constituents ahead of the upcoming December 7 polls. In what has been described as an unprecedented show of solidarity, thousands of NDC sympathizers thronged the streets of Ningo-Prampram on Saturday, November 30, 2024, to join the MP in the historic health walk.
The event, which witnessed record-breaking participation, served as a platform for constituents to affirm their belief in Sam George and the NDC flagbearer John Dramani Mahama. The atmosphere was electric as supporters danced to party tunes, waved flags, and chanted slogans signaling their readiness to deliver victory to the NDC.
Thousands of NDC supporters participated in the massive health walk led by Sam George to galvanize support for his candidacy and that of NDC’s presidential candidate, John Dramani Mahama.

The health walk dubbed the Ningo-Prampram Walk, began at DPS Junction and ended at the Dawhenya Taxi Rank, drawing an overwhelming crowd of NDC faithful and residents. Dressed in party paraphernalia and waving the iconic black, red, white and green NDC flags, participants marched in unison to chants of victory, demonstrating their unwavering support for the party.
The walk, however, faced opposition from the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the constituency, who petitioned the police to halt the event, citing concerns about traffic disruptions and the large turnout. Their efforts were unsuccessful, as the NDC proceeded with a well-coordinated and orderly event that showcased the party’s organizational strength.

Taking to his social media handles at the end of the walk, Sam George expressed gratitude to the constituents for their enthusiasm and show of solidarity. He stressed the importance of the upcoming elections and reiterated the party’s commitment to delivering victory for John Dramani Mahama and the NDC.

We went out in a well-choreographed and coordinated manner and sent a clear message – We are many, they are few! Charge!!! We rest not until victory is delivered for John Dramani Mahama and Samuel Nartey George next Saturday. Let’s go!”
