The Incumbent Member of Parliament for Daboya-Mankarigu Constituency, Hon. Alhaji Mahama Asei Seini, has officially endorsed Samuel Tika as the NPP Parliamentary Candidate for the constituency, amid challenges in the primaries.
Addressing constituents at the WasipeWura’s Palace in Daboya on June 15th, 2024, Alhaji Asei urged voters to rally behind Samuel Tika to retain the seat for the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP). He also encouraged voters to vote for Tika for a strong representation in Parliament, ensuring continued democratic progress in Daboya-Mankarigu.
“Samuel Tika can help provide services and support to you, addressing all your needs and concerns,” he added.
Alhaji Mahama Asei was among at least 28 incumbent MPs who lost their bids to contest in the 2024 election.
Asei believes that electing the current NPP Parliamentary Candidate to replace him in parliament will continue the legislative work, contributing to the development of laws and policies that impact the constituency.
