Seasoned political operative and Development Communication Strategist, Albert Estaraus Kraku, has officially picked his nomination to contest for the position of Greater Accra Regional Deputy Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Kraku, who previously served as the Communication Officer for the Tema East Constituency, is seeking the mandate of delegates on a platform of strengthening party structures, improving internal coordination, and enhancing grassroots engagement ahead of the 2028 general elections.
With years of experience in political organisation, strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and public administration, he says he is well-positioned to contribute to building a more efficient and election-ready regional party machinery.
Aside from his political experience, Kraku is a part-time lecturer and communication strategist. His background in governance, organisational management, and political administration, he believes, has equipped him with the leadership skills needed to improve communication within the party and deliver results.
Widely regarded by supporters as disciplined, principled, and solutions-oriented, Kraku has pledged to promote stronger institutional structures, effective organisation, and greater unity within the NPP if elected.
He said his vision is to work with the regional leadership to build a stronger, better-organised party capable of securing victory in the 2028 general elections under the leadership of the party’s presidential candidate, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia.
Kraku also noted that his campaign would focus on competence, innovation, dedication, and collaboration to ensure the Greater Accra Region remains a stronghold for the NPP.
