Tottenham Hotspur head coach Thomas Frank says Mohammed Kudus will be available to feature in the North London derby against Arsenal on Sunday.
Kudus, who was suffering from a knock, missed Tottenham’s last two games against Copenhagen and Manchester United before the international break.
He was left out by Otto Addo in Ghana’s squad for their two international friendly defeats to Japan and South Korea.
Regarding Kudus being dropped, Frank said he was “very confident” the 25-year-old would be available after the international break.
Now, it appears the Black Stars player has recovered and is ready to star when they travel to battle English Premier League leaders Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.
Speaking at a pre-match press conference on Friday, Frank said, “Kudus trained as well today. He’s available.”
Meanwhile, Spurs go into Sunday’s North London derby with the best away form in the Premier League this season.
However, they have won only once at the Emirates Stadium since the Gunners moved there in 2006, and that came way back in November 2010 in a famous 2-3 comeback win.
Kudus has scored once and provided four assists in 10 Premier League games since making the switch from West Ham United.
The game kicks off at 16:30GMT.
