The National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu-Nketiah, has departed Accra for Singapore on an official assignment for the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA), where he serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
In a statement issued by the partyās Director of Communications, Kakra Essamuah, on Saturday, November 22, 2025, the NDC indicated that Chairman Asiedu-Nketiah is expected back in the country on December 2, 2025.
āThe National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress, Hon. Johnson Asiedu-Nketiah, has today, 22nd November 2025, travelled to Singapore on official business for the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority. He will return to Ghana on the 2nd of December, 2025,ā the statement said.
The statement further noted that a National Vice Chairman of the party, Halid Abdul Rauf, has been appointed to act as Chairman of the National Democratic Congress.
