Amplify Parliament’s Role in Nation Building – Clerk to PPC

The Clerk to Parliament, Ebenezer Ahumah Djietror, has cautioned members of the Parliamentary Press Corps (PPC) to appreciate and talk about the mandated work of Parliament in helping to build a society where the people can benefit and fully exercise their democratic rights.

According to him, the passage of the Public Order Act, Private Members’ Bill, and the Private Bill by Parliament has deepened the democratic rights of the people, and journalists must use their platforms to amplify and educate the public on the good works of Members of Parliament.
