Afua Asantewaa is set to make another attempt at claiming the Guinness World Record (GWR) for the longest singing marathon, also known as a sing-a-thon.
Her upcoming attempt will be held at the Heroes Park Annex in Kumasi, Ashanti Region, and is scheduled to run for five consecutive days, from Saturday, December 21, to Wednesday, December 25, 2024.

An official flyer for the event indicates that the sing-a-thon will be broadcast live on Lifestyle TV.
Asantewaa aims to surpass the current record of 105 hours. This follows her initial attempt in 2023, which took place at the Akwaaba Village in Airport City, Accra.
