Top military officers of the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) are leading evidence in the ongoing ambulance procurement case involving the Minority Leader, Dr Cassiel Ato Forson and a businessman, Richard Jakpa.
The Military Secretary, Air Commodore Nana Adu Gyamfi’s testimony is expected to address documents submitted by the prosecution, which allege that Richard Jakpa was dismissed from the military in 2007 due to unsatisfactory performance and failure to pass promotional exams.
Jakpa’s lawyers contend that these documents are being used to undermine their client’s credibility.
Currently, Air Commodore Nana Adu Gyamfi is in the witness box, providing his statement on behalf of the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF).
